Teresa also starred in the movies The Choice and Lights Out in 2016. She also portrayed Vanessa Cassidy’s role in the film The Grudge 2 in 2006, and as Rebecca “Becky” Barnes in the movie The Sorcerer’s Apprentice in 2010.

Teresa began dating Australian football player Stuart Dew in early 2005, and the relationship went until March 2007. After then, she started a relationship with American actor Topher Grace in 2007 and the couple split in 2011. She also dated Scott Speedman from January 2011 to September 2012. Later, she began a relationship with American actor Mark Webber in 2012 and the duo got engaged on August 2, 2013. The couple married on December 21, 2013, in Mexico. The couple welcomed their first child as son Bodhi Rain Palmer on February 17, 2014, and she gave birth to her second child as son Forest Sage Palmer in December 2016. Palmer is also a stepmom son Isaac Love, who son of Mark and actress Frankie Shaw.
