Kristin Kreuk is a Canadian actress and producer, and she is also known by her full name Kristin Laura Kreuk. She was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on 30 December 1982. She is the daughter of mother Deanna Che and father Peter Kreuk, both of landscape architects. Kreuk has a younger sister Justine Kreuk. She studied at Eric Hamber High School, and then she went to Simon Fraser University.
Kreuk had been in a relationship with actor Jensen Ackles from 2004 to 2006. Later, she started dating Canadian actor Mark Hildreth in 2010.
Kristin is well known for Lana Lang’s role in the television series Smallville from 2001 to 2009, and she made debut her acting career with Snow White’s role in the television film Snow White: The Fairest of Them All in 2001. She played Gina’s role in her first television series The Weekenders in 2001, and she appeared as Fiona in her debut feature film EuroTrip in 2004. Kreuk portrayed Chun-Li’s role in the film Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li in 2009, and she starred as Heather Thompson in the film Irvine Welsh’s Ecstasy in 2011. She played a memorable role as Catherine Chandler in the television series Beauty & the Beast from 2012 to 2016.
