Jennifer Connelly is an American actress, also known by her full name Jennifer Lynn Connelly. She was born in Cairo, New York, United States on December 12, 1970. She is the daughter of father Gerard Connelly, a clothing manufacturer, and mother Eileen Connelly, an antique dealer. Her mother was Jewish descent while her father was Roman Catholic and of Irish and Norwegian ancestry. She studied at Saint Ann’s in New York City and then she joined Yale University in Connecticut. She also attended Stanford University in Stanford, California.
Connelly started dating American actor Billy Campbell in 1990 and the couple split in 1995. Later, she began a relationship with photographer David Dugan in 1996 and she gave birth to their first child as a son Kai Dugan on July 10, 1997. They split in 1997. She also dated actor Josh Charles from 1999 to 2002. After that, she began dating English actor Paul Bettany in April 2002, and the couple got married on January 1, 2003, in Scotland. They welcomed their first child as a son Stellan Bettany on August 5, 2003, and second child born as a daughter Agnes Lark Bettany on May 31, 2011, in New York City.
The talented lady Jennifer gained fame for her role as Alicia Nash in the film A Beautiful Mind in 2001 and she also famous for her role as Betty Ross in the movie Hulk in 2003. She made debut her acting career with The Girl’s role in the television series Tales of the Unexpected in 1982 and she played Young Deborah Gelly’s role in her first film Once Upon a Time in America in 1984. She played a memorable role as Maddy Bowen in the movie Blood Diamond in 2006 and she also portrayed Marion Silver’s role in the movie Requiem for a Dream in 2000.
